Womp Weekends is an event where participating companies allow the Womp community to explore and engage with their brand for rebranding and creative direction using Womp’s 3D tools. This event aims to harness community creativity to generate innovative branding concepts.

3. Participation Agreement

By registering for the Womp Weekends Branding Prompt Event, your company agrees to:

  1. Community Interaction: Allow the Womp community to engage with and explore your company's brand and existing assets for the purpose of rebranding and creative exploration.
  2. Creative Use: Permit the community to use your brand assets to create new 3D branding concepts within the Womp platform.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership of Original Assets: Your company retains ownership of all original brand assets provided for the event.
  2. Ownership of Created Assets: The community members retain ownership of any new creative assets they generate during the event.
  3. Usage Rights: Your company may not use any creative assets generated by the community during the event without obtaining explicit permission from the creators and compensating them as agreed upon.

5. Compensation

  1. Payment for Use: If your company wishes to use any community-created assets post-event, you must negotiate and agree on a fair compensation with the respective creators.
  2. Revenue Sharing: Any revenue generated from the use of community-created assets must include agreed-upon compensation to the creators.

6. Liability

  1. No Guarantee of Use: Participation in the event does not guarantee the use of any community-created assets by your company.
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties: Womp does not guarantee the quality or originality of the community-created assets and is not liable for any disputes arising from their use.

7. Confidentiality

  1. Non-Disclosure: Your company agrees to keep any proprietary information shared during the event confidential and not disclose it to third parties without permission.
