www.womp.xyz and any other WOMP owned websites, collectively the "WOMP Website" or "Websites"), mobile applications, desktop applications, and other related products and services (collectively referred to as the "WOMP Services" or "Services").
By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (collectively with WOMP's Privacy Policy) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also certify that any 3D files ("3D Model" or "3D Models") uploaded to the WOMP Websites does not violate any federal law or regulation including those pertaining to firearms, or applicable standards maintained by ISO, ASTM, ASME, or other similarly situated body.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the WOMP Website, Applications, or Services.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
"WOMP" means Womp 3D Inc, the provider of the Services.
"Services" means all WOMP websites, mobile applications, desktop applications, and other related products and services offered by WOMP.
"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
"Subscription" means any arrangement where a User pays recurring fees to access certain features of the Services, including Womp Pro.
"Womp Pro" means the premium subscription service offered by WOMP that provides additional features and capabilities.
"Community Resources" means any designs, templates, components, or other materials made available by other Users through the Services.
"Community Creator" means any User who creates and shares Community Resources through the Services.
"3D Model" means any 3D file uploaded to or created on the WOMP platform.
"User Content" means any content, including 3D Models, created or uploaded by a User to the Services.
"Non-WOMP Resources" means any applications, materials, or content developed by parties outside of WOMP's organization.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Womp 3D Inc and are legally permitted to do so. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to agree to and be bound by these Terms and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder.
